TERMS, CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at JAXX you and your appointments are very important to us.

We know many of you have numerous appointments booked in advance to ensure you secure your required date and time. While we understand that your schedules can change and adjustments may be necessary, we respectfully ask that if this is the case you contact us as soon as possible.

At JAXX Hair and Beauty, we may require a deposit for any services booked. We can ask for this at any time.

Any appointments booked online will require a 50% deposit of the service requested. Please ensure that when booking, you're booking for the correct service. If you're unsure of the service you require please contact the salon.

All deposits taken are non-refundable and relevant to the cost of the service requested.

If no deposit is taken upon booking, we reserve the right to ask for a late cancellation/no-show charge of the following:


Cancellation from 48 up to 24 hours before appointment - 50% cancellation fee of the service requested.


Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment or non attendance - 100% cancellation fee of the service requested.

If you do not show for your appointment and haven’t contacted the salon, you may be removed from our booking system. If you wish to make any further appointments, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to help. We will require payment in full, in advance of any new appointment, and any outstanding balance to be paid.

Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment. So if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and apply the above terms as a no-show. This will be at JAXX management discretion.

This is not something we have done lightly, but please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment on such short notice we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on our cancellation list will miss the opportunity to receive a service.


We always send out text reminders, so please ensure we have your correct contact number.


This cancellation policy is in place more so, to give us time to inform our clients on our standby list, and you never know, that could be you!

Complaints and Feedback.


Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We run a professional business so we aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do. Complaints are rare but we take them very seriously, so we have a complaints policy and process, which we follow to make sure that things are put right where needed and we can learn from your feedback.


If you are not happy with the service you receive, please tell a member of staff either before you leave the salon, or as soon as possible once you have left. We will listen to your feedback and ask any necessary questions to understand your complaint, we aim to resolve any complaints within 8 weeks at most. 


If you have already left the salon, do not go to another salon as we have the right to see exactly what the service or treatment you have received from us, looks like. 


If you alter your service/treatment elsewhere, we will not be able to rectify any problems and will be unable to offer any sort of resolution.

If you require any further information on JAXX Hair and Beauty complaints policy please contact, JAXX management team who will be happy to assist. This can be done via phone, email or in salon.

​Property Loss or Damage.


It is your responsibility as the owner, to take care of any property you bring into the salon. We take no responsibility for any property which is lost or damaged.


Anything left in the salon will be held for 8 weeks, we will do our best to contact you to retrieve your property.

Other Terms & Conditions.


Some of our services/treatments will come with their own specific terms and aftercare. These will be highlighted individually either upon booking, consultation or at your appointment.

​

We pride ourselves on giving you the best services around and this will help us to do so.
